Dr. Rick Lane has established himself as one of the most highly respected dentists in the Sonoma County area. His patients include many specialist dentists and many of their team members. We’re proud that we have patients that travel from Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Lake Counties for the gentle manner and fantastic results achieved by Dr. Lane and his team.

Dr. Lane received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco in 1983. After graduating he completed 2 years of additional  advanced training. Dr. Lane taught postgraduate techniques to other dentists for a year and then moved to Sonoma county in 1986. He maintained his dental practice in San Francisco’s financial district for ten years. He has been practicing Cosmetic and General Dentistry in Petaluma since 1995 and loves it.

Dr. Lane has been an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1996. He is a member of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Redwood Empire Dental Society. Rick lives in Petaluma with his two children and enjoys playing electric guitar and bass.
